What is stress? We are all familiar with the word stress. To most of us, stress means something that we worry about. Our bodies have a different definition of stress. To our bodies, anything that causes change in your life is stress. Good or bad, if it is a CHANGE in your life, it is stress as far as your body is concerned.

This course can help you learn how to identify stress in your life and give you strategies on how to deal with the stress before it becomes distress.
